This move is finally happening after a protracted discuss by both clubs.  Thomas Tuchel has finally gotten his man and certainly Chelsea defensive issue is solved with this move. Chelsea lose Rudiga and Christensen at the end of last season, and needed to strengthen this season, which they have done by bringing in Koulibaly and Cucurella now Wesley is about to be added. With this addition of Fofana and hopely an out and out striker, Chelsea can comfortably mount a serious challenge to clinch the premier League trophy this season.
