Chesea's failure To secure the signing of their target man
Transfer windows ends on Tuesday and with city, spending £49m on Sterling, £32m on Otamendi and £52m on De bruyne, Chelsea have not been busy in the tranfer market by comparison.

The Fatering Four
In the aftermath of Mourinho;s only second defeat in 100 games at Stanford Bridge, Mourinho pointed his finger of blame to three or four of his underperforming players.
Branislav Ivanovich has been a real vulnerability in chesea defence this season and it is only a matter of time that Azpilicueta replaces him at right back, while Baba Rahman takes the left back position.
Cesc Fabrigas and Nemanjia Matic, so dorminant in the heart of chesea's formation last season, has been underperforming so far this season, there midfield was a total mess again Crystal Palace, who were allowed to attack chelseas back at will, such was the dismal performance of the two and the gaping left to ply chelsea's defence at wil, which needs immediate fixing.
Hazard who was best player of premier League by a wide margin last season, is yet to turn up this season, part of the blame for chesea failure so far , goes to him.
